Slab ATM operates physical vending machines that sell professionally graded trading cards ("slabs") as collectible items. Each purchase results in the customer receiving a physical, authenticated collectible card. This is a retail sale of a physical product. All transactions result in the delivery of a physical collectible card. No alternative outcomes exist.
The specific card received is selected from available on-site inventory. Full inventory distribution details are available on our Inventory page. This is not a game of chance, lottery, or gambling activity.
Our card-buying program is a separate, optional service operated independently from the vending machine purchase. Submitting a sell request does not guarantee an offer or purchase. All offers are subject to review.
All vending machine purchases are final once payment is confirmed. Refunds are not available except in cases of verified machine malfunction.
Use of Slab ATM machines is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, or minors with parent or guardian permission.
Slab ATM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our machines or services. Customers acknowledge that collectible value is subjective and may vary over time. Market values referenced are provided for reference only.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
