By participating in the Slab ATM Mailing List Giveaway (the “Contest”), entrants agree to these Official Contest Rules.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Slab ATM. Questions regarding the Contest may be sent to info@slabatm.com.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins when publicly announced and closes at 12:00 PM noon Eastern Time on September 4, 2026. Entries received after the Contest closes will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority in Ontario. Employees, representatives, agents and immediate family members of Slab ATM are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

5. How to Enter

Eligible entrants may enter by subscribing to the Slab ATM mailing list before the Contest closes. Current Slab ATM mailing list subscribers who remain subscribed at the Contest closing time will be automatically included in the random draw.

Limit of one entry per person. Multiple email addresses or attempts to obtain additional entries may result in disqualification.

6. Prize

One winner will receive their choice of one of the following prizes:

• Ascended Heroes Booster Bundle
• 2026 Topps MLB Series 1 Super Box

Approximate retail value: CAD $100. The prize is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable and may not be exchanged. Slab ATM may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection

One eligible entrant will be selected by random draw shortly after the Contest closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be notified by email.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within seven calendar days, fails to respond, is ineligible, declines the prize or fails to correctly answer the required skill-testing question, Slab ATM may select another eligible entrant.

8. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

9. Prize Pickup

The prize must be picked up in person and will not be shipped. The winner may collect the prize or designate another person to collect it on their behalf.

Before pickup, the winner must reply to the notification email with the full name of the person collecting the prize. That person must present valid government-issued photo identification matching the name provided.

The prize may be collected:

• At the Slab ATM launch event on September 5, 2026
• At another mutually agreed-upon date and time at the Slab ATM machine at Lime Ridge Mall

Failure to claim the prize within 30 days may result in forfeiture, and Slab ATM may select another eligible entrant.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the mailing list signup will be used to administer the Contest, contact the selected entrant and send promotional emails from Slab ATM.

Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in the emails. Unsubscribing after the Contest closes will not affect eligibility for this Contest. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. General Conditions

Slab ATM reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or administration of the Contest. Attempts to tamper with the Contest or violate these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Slab ATM’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release Slab ATM and its owners, employees, representatives and agents from liability arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
