OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Slab ATM (the “Sponsor”).

Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 5, 2026 at 9:30 AM Eastern Time and closes on September 5, 2026 at 3:30 PM Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).

Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, members of their immediate families, and persons living in the same household as any such person are not eligible to enter. For these Rules, “immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, or sibling, whether or not they reside in the same household.

Void where prohibited by law.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase or improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

How to Enter

During the Contest Period, attend the Slab ATM Grand Opening at CF Lime Ridge in Hamilton, Ontario, scan the official Contest QR code displayed at the event, and complete and submit the online entry form. Each eligible submission receives one entry into the Contest.

Limit of one entry per person during the Contest Period.

Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, aliases, automated methods, or any other attempt to circumvent the entry limit may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries must contain accurate and complete information.

Prize

There is one prize available to be won. The confirmed winner may choose one of the following:

• one Sports Collector Prize Bundle; or
• one Pokémon Collector Prize Bundle.

The approximate retail value of the prize is CAD $400.

Prize contents may vary from items displayed due to availability. The prize is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if necessary. Any difference between the approximate and actual retail value will not be awarded.

Winner Selection

One eligible entry will be selected by random draw within three business days following the close of the Contest.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry form. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven calendar days after the Sponsor’s first contact attempt, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, fails to answer the required skill-testing question correctly, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select another eligible entrant by random draw.

Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification, and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw.

Prize Pickup

The prize must be collected in person and will not be shipped.

The confirmed winner must:

• present valid government-issued photo identification that matches the information submitted on the entry form;
• schedule a mutually agreeable pickup time with Slab ATM; and
• collect the prize from the designated Slab ATM location.

Failure to claim the prize within 30 days after notification may result in forfeiture, after which the Sponsor may select another eligible entrant by random draw.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner’s first name, first initial of last name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant, award the prize, and for any additional purpose to which the entrant separately consents.

Consent to receive promotional communications is optional and is not required to enter. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Slab ATM Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or another factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.

The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions; internet or website failures; or human error in the administration of the Contest.

If there is a discrepancy between these Official Contest Rules and any shorter Contest disclosure or promotional material, these Official Contest Rules govern. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Slab ATM and its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, and agents from liability arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

The Contest and these Official Contest Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from the Contest will be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Province of Ontario, subject to applicable law.
